Pole class 7 last night. Walked out feeling inadequate because I couldn’t nail any moves to perfection except I got the flag down for a bit. Something that stuck with me was my pole instructor Jen said that its better to have two serious attempts at a move than just to half heartedly hit it 3-4 times. And she was right, at least I tried hard on every move and even though it may not have been perfect, she says that’s the best practice ever. So tonight I have level 8 and I’m going in with a positive attitude and my heart set on giving it 100%.
